Who's been to visit 4C?

You may have guessed that our new topic is called Amazing Arctic.  During this half term we will be using maps, information and pictures to compare the Arctic to Britain, to plan a journey to the Arctic and to see how the Arctic climate is being affected by Global Warming.

A Whizz-Popping Day!

On Monday 10th October, 4C, along with 4S and Year 3, had a wonderful Roald Dahl Day.  We started the day by thinking about the story of James and the Giant Peach and used storyboards to help us.

We watched a wonderful performance of The BFG and were amazed by the beautiful props (and funny sound effects.

Have a look at our photographs below.

Amazing homework

Thank you to all the children and parents for your wonderful homework so far this Half Term.

I can tell it has taken lots of hard work and time so it is a pleasure to mark. From Cleopatra's Needle to guidebooks to Ancient Egypt, 4C is full of amazing work. Keep it up!

Here is a guide to help you and your child to know what happens each day in 4C. A copy is also in homework books. As always, just ask if you have any questions!
